Sarah & Dave | Pittsburgh, PA Wedding

All of my weddings mean the World to me but this one has a special place in my heart. Sarah & Dave went to my high school and although they were a few years older, I knew who Sarah was because her Momma and I worked together at my very first job at a little hair salon in Richland, Pennsylvania! I always knew her Momma was super sweet and it was awesome to get to meet her entire family at this beautiful wedding! Sarah's Dad had me in tears on two separate occasions. The first came when he had his Father/Daughter "first look" and he got to see Sarah in her dress for the first time. Seconds after he walked into the room he asked Sarah if he could pray for her day and her marriage. Cue the tears. Happy tears of course because what could be more beautiful?

Their ceremony was so beautiful and there wasn't a dry eye in the house once things got rolling! Sarah was a gorgeous bride and the look on Dave's face when she was walking down the isle was priceless.

This bridal party was seriously awesome. It's always fun to get to work with some people that you have known for years and get to be totally silly and have some extra fun with the wedding party shots!

The reception was unbelievably beautiful and Sarah and Dave had every little detail covered! I loved the personal touches of their reception like the cigars for guests and the sunflower seeds which are a special snack that holds a meaning in their relationship. These little touches are what really make a wedding special!

At the reception, Sarah's Dad made a beautiful toast and this was the second time you could have caught me tearing up at this wedding!

I swear, I wasn't always so emotional but ever since having a daughter and knowing that someday my hubby is going to be doing the same toasts and prayers with our Penelope, I just get so teary! Love is such a beautiful thing!

True to Pine-Richland form, the Richland Barn where their reception was held was gorgeous inside and green and white outside! Perfect venue for their reception!
